Terms & Conditions — Hondatoto Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Hondatoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hondatoto online gaming platform accessible at hondatoto.lat and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing a wager through hondatoto, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Hondatoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" — the registered player account created by a User on the hondatoto platform, through which all gaming activities, financial transactions, and platform interactions are conducted.
• "Balance" — the total sum of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Credits" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms, which are distinct from real-money funds.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of funds by a Player into their Account using a supported payment method, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Credits before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received.
• "Game" — any casino game, slot title, live dealer table, sports betting market, instant game, or other wagering product available on the hondatoto platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by hondatoto before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required for account maintenance.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency denomination used on the hondatoto platform for all real-money transactions.
• "Platform" — the hondatoto website, its subpages, mobile web application, and all associated services and content.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of available real-money funds from a Player's Account back to a verified payment method.

To register and maintain an account on hondatoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Hondatoto enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by hondatoto or any of its affiliated group companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database, including any self-exclusion you have previously requested through hondatoto itself.
• You must not have had a previous account on hondatoto suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of this Agreement.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter, including for KYC verification purposes.

Hondatoto reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may register only one Account on hondatoto. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly should any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Hondatoto will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Hondatoto applies a mandatory KYC verification process for all players prior to the processing of withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds, or upon request by the platform's compliance team. Acceptable KYC documents include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address not older than three months. Hondatoto reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Hondatoto supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX typically complete within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 transactions require 1–3 blockchain confirmations and generally complete within 15–30 minutes. Withdrawals are subject to processing and verification queues; e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.

All transactions on the hondatoto platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a Player opts to transact in USDT, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied.

Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Funds derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Hondatoto reserves the right to withhold and investigate any withdrawal request that triggers internal fraud or anti-money laundering screening criteria.

Hondatoto offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional communication:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Hondatoto reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus credits. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, as stated per promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met, winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. For example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting contributions may vary.
• Bonus credits have an expiry period. Any unplayed bonus credits and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry periods are stated per promotion.
• Hondatoto will not honour bonuses obtained through exploitative, fraudulent, or technically abusive means. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses multiple times.
• Hondatoto reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

All wagers placed on the hondatoto platform, including sports bets, casino game bets, and instant game wagers, are subject to the following general rules:

A bet is deemed accepted only when confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is generated. In the event of a technical failure between placement and confirmation, the wager may be voided at hondatoto's discretion. Hondatoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason.

In the event that odds, lines, or game parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human input error ("palpable error"), hondatoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and regardless of whether the Player has already been notified of a winning outcome.

All football markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and other leagues — are governed by hondatoto's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Mix parlay bets are accepted subject to minimum and maximum leg requirements as displayed at the time of placement. In-play bets are accepted at live odds and are final upon confirmation.

All live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are final. In the event of a disconnection during a live session, the round in progress will be settled based on the game outcome as recorded by the studio's server logs. Hondatoto is not liable for interruptions caused by a Player's internet connection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hondatoto platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in a report being made to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether directly or through third parties acting on your behalf.
• Bonus Abuse: Using automated systems, coordinating with other players, or exploiting technical loopholes to circumvent wagering requirements or claim promotional credits in bad faith.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game — particularly live poker or tournament formats — to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated betting systems, or any other software that interacts with the platform without direct human input in real time.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets designed to exploit pricing inconsistencies between hondatoto and other operators in a manner that constitutes abuse of promotional offers.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are derived from unlawful activities, or structuring transactions in a manner intended to conceal the source of funds.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hondatoto staff or other players through any channel.

All content on the hondatoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of hondatoto or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from hondatoto.

Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of platform content constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hondatoto shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to wagering outcomes;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information presented on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Hondatoto does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

In all cases, hondatoto's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Hondatoto is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that while the vast majority of players engage with the platform in a recreational manner, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviour. The following measures and tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic notifications that alert them when they have been logged in for a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days, or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and prevent account login and new account creation during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic balance and time-in-session notifications displayed during active gaming sessions.

Hondatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The account is being used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
• Regulatory, compliance, or risk management obligations require us to do so.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, hondatoto reserves the right to forfeit any bonus credits, pending bonus winnings, and funds under active investigation. Real-money funds not subject to an ongoing investigation will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method following completion of a KYC review.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions.

Hondatoto may revise, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a notification displayed upon login or via the email address registered to your account. However, it remains your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement.

Your continued use of the hondatoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hondatoto operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to hondatoto's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint through the official support channel, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence.

Hondatoto will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia.
